Rocky is the common name for an entity that lives in the inner western suburbs of Sydney with his partner of twenty-five years, Greig. Rocky has the body of a 50 year old, the mind of a 20 year old and the bones of a 90 year old. Sooner or later they are all going to want their bits back.
This site might reveal what has turned Rocky into the twisted individual that he is, or be a valuable resource for police profilers to discover the next move in his plan to dominate the world.
At the very least, it will be a way that he can reflect on those carefree days, long after years of drug use and Alzheimer’s has taken its toll.
Apart from that, it’s virtually useless. No porn. No free music. No iPhone app. Is this what the Internet has become?

Actually, it was only supposed to be “Moonrise”. The sunset was a bonus. This week I jumped in the car with Pete and Jon and headed to South Head with the intention of seeing what we could capture of the rise of the full moon over the ocean. Of course, on these expeditions you always get there while there is still some light so you don’t end up walking over the edge of a cliff. On Friday night Pete and I headed down to Congwong Beach in South Sydney to try our hand at photographing star trails. Pete’s been experimenting a bit at home but this was actually my first attempt. It actually got off to a rather shaky start. Pretty much as soon as we arrived, a huge cloud rolled in and hid the stars. It wasn’t one of those fast moving clouds either. It was sloooooow. We’re here! We’re queer! We’re not allowed to get married! The same-sex marriage debate seems to be reaching fever pitch at the moment. Our noble Prime Minister (who apparently doesn’t support any sort of marriage) has announced that her government will not support any changes to the law to allow marriage between same-sex couples. So, on a rather sunny Saturday morning, I joined around 10,000 people who took to the streets to voice their displeasure at the current state of affairs. I just had to share this. On Saturday night we had a Christmas dinner at The Madhouse (Bailey & Leon’s abode). The highlight of the meal would have to be the “Bondage Turkey“. It seems the boys practised their Japanese Bondage Techniques on the poor unsuspecting bird prior to cooking. And it was then served up with all the trimmings, including an Electro Kit. (Set to “waves” for a nice crispy skin.) Oooh, yeah. You like that, don’t you – you turkey! Needless to say, it was yummy! |
